I didn't learn about military life from a textbook. I am from a military family and I spent years sitting across from service members and their families during and after some of the hardest years of the Iraq and Afghanistan campaigns. I know what a deployment does to a marriage and family. I know what constant relocations do to kids. I know what it looks like when someone comes home but doesn't really come home.
I am trained in multiple modalities to address trauma and help reduce symptoms. But more than any credential, what I bring into the room is my full attention and zero judgment. Our sessions are conversations, not interrogations. And when you leave, you'll have a real plan, not just a pat on the back.
Getting help doesn't have to be complicated
Reach out
Call or book online, whatever feels easier. You do not need to have the right words or know exactly what you need.
Show up
Your first session is about an hour. It's a real conversation, not a clipboard and a checklist. You'll talk about what's going on and what you would like to change.
Make a plan
Before you leave that first session, we will set goals and put together a treatment plan that actually fits your life. You'll walk out knowing what comes next. No guesswork, no waiting around wondering what the point was.
